1. Services: We provide refrigerated freight, dry freight, and long-haul trucking services throughout the United States. All shipments are handled with professionalism and care to ensure timely and safe delivery.

2. Customer Responsibility: Customers must provide accurate shipment details, proper packaging, and ensure timely loading and unloading. USMCA Transport Inc. is not responsible for delays or damages caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

3. Rates & Payment: All service rates must be confirmed in writing before dispatch. Payments are due within agreed terms (e.g., NET 30). Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of future services.

4. Liability: Our liability for loss or damage is limited as per federal trucking regulations. Customers are encouraged to maintain cargo insurance for additional protection against unforeseen circumstances.

5. Delays & Force Majeure: We are not liable for delivery delays caused by weather, accidents, road closures, or any events beyond our reasonable control.

6. Cancellations: Shipment cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. Late cancellations may incur applicable fees.

7. Governing Law: These terms and all services provided by USMCA Transport Inc. are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable U.S. federal trucking regulations.
